Charles C. Chen is a seasoned and accomplished high-technology executive. Through his work and leadership, companies and IT professionals are brought together to develop total IT business solutions. Chen’s entrepreneurial undertakings include managing SAI and ITAT, an advanced technology training center.

The success of Chen’s business has been built on the company’s ability to develop and deliver the right technology and talent for a wide variety of IT projects. His two companies combined deliver resources and training to meet this area’s challenging IT needs, resulting in year after year of award-winning performance.

For more than 10 years, Chen worked as a Project Manager, DBA for MCI before establishing SAI in 1987. He developed his expertise in databases, programming, and software development and used it to turn SAI into one of the fastest growing IT consulting companies in Northern Virginia.

In 1997, Chen founded Information Technology Advanced Training Corporation to fulfill his vision of developing IT professionals to fill the growing need for technical expertise. ITAT provides comprehensive IT training in Microsoft (MCSD, MC DBA), Oracle (OCP Developer, OCP DBA) and Internet (JAVA) certification and application development.
